What's happened to my MOZA Points before?

How do I earn MOZA Points?

There are many ways through which you can earn points. They are –

What currency is used for MOZA Points calculation?

All MOZA Points earning and redemption rates are calculated based on GBP (British Pound) as the standard currency. For transactions in other currencies, the equivalent GBP amount will be used for points calculation based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There is no limit to the number of points you can earn. The more you engage and purchase, the more points you accumulate.

Do MOZA Elite Club tiers expire?

Currently the member tier and points will expire 365 days after the date they are earned.

When will my MOZA Points be added to my account after I make a purchase?

Pending MOZA Points will be credited to your account 15 days after the entire order has been fulfilled (i.e., once all items in the order have been shipped). Please note that if there are any refunds, returns, or order modifications during this period, the crediting time may be extended accordingly.

When will my birthday points be added to my account?

The birthday points are sent out at the beginning of each month.

Can I get my MOZA Points back after redeeming coupons with points?

No. Points already used cannot be refunded in any way.
